Blackstone Steak Bites

Quick, juicy and tender Blackstone Steak Bites are perfectly seasoned with our beef seasoning for an easy dinner.

Preparation time:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ pounds sirloin steak or strip loin, tenderloin, strip steak or rib eye, cut into bite size pieces
  • ½ teaspoon beef seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons salted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

EQUIPMENT

  • Blackstone Griddle

INSTRUCTIONS

    • Preheat Blackstone grill to medium-high heat (about 375 degrees Fahrenheit).
    • Add the olive oil to the Blackstone. When the olive oil is hot, add the steak pieces to the Blackstone. Season with beef seasoning.
    • Let steak pieces cook for 2 minutes before stirring them. You want to make sure they are nice and seared. Flip over and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until they are golden brown.
    • Turn the heat down to medium. Add the butter and garlic to the steak pieces. When the butter is melted, cook for about 1-2 minutes while stirring, just until the butter melts and the garlic becomes aromatic and starts to brown.
    • Remove from the Blackstone and serve immediately. Garnish with parsley if desired.

TIPS:

refrigerator for 3-4 days.
FREEZER: Leftover garlic butter steak bites will store well in the freezer for about 3 months. Allow to fully cool and place into an airtight container to freeze.We find it best to reheat leftover Blackstone steak bites on the stovetop or oven. Add an extra pat of butter to keep it juicy and flavorful! Warm until the steak reaches a safe internal temperature.
You can also reheat steak in the microwave, but keep in mind that it may change the texture of the meat.
