Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Cottage cheese

  • 3 tablespoons Maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond flour

  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder

  • Chocolate chips

Directions

  • Add the cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to a large bowl. Add almond flour and protein powder. Stir until fully combined.
  • Gently fold in chocolate chips.
