Air Fryer Tilapia

This quick and delicious tilapia recipe is ready in just 10 minutes and is perfect for busy weeknights. Enjoy tender, flavorful fish with minimal effort!

Ingredients:

  • 4 tilapia fillets (4-6 oz each)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

For the Lemon Butter Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
  2. Pat dry the tilapia fillets and season both sides with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. While the fish cooks, whisk together the butter, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley in a small bowl.
  5. Once cooked, brush the lemon butter sauce over the fillets and serve immediately.
