Air Fryer Barn Yard Buster Wrap

There is nothing better for breakfast than a homemade Breakfast Burrito bursting with flavor. The fried eggs, pork sausage, cheddar cheese, and sausage gravy create a yummy treat for the entire family!

Total Time: 10 mins
Servings: 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground sausage, cooked
  • 2 fried eggs
  • 2 burrito flour tortillas, or corn
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup breakfast potatoes, cooked

Instructions

  • Place a tortilla down, and then add diced (cooked) sausage patties and diced cook potatoes on top of the tortilla, and drizzle about 2 tablespoons of sausage gravy on top.
  • Add some diced fried eggs and sprinkle with the cheddar cheese.
  • Wrap up the filling into a burrito, and place into the air fryer basket for 2 to 3 minutes at 390 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy!
