Air Fryer Pasta Chips – Crispy & Crunchy Snack
I tried the famous internet recipe for air fryer pasta chips, and now they’re my favorite snack! I made them for my Super Bowl party, and everyone loved them more than regular chips like Doritos or potato chips. They’re super simple and budget-friendly to make, yet taste amazing – crunchy, crispy, and full of flavor.
You can enjoy these pasta chips with any dip you like. I highly recommend a creamy chipotle dipping sauce – it’s garlicky, a little spicy, and perfect with these crunchy chips.

Tips & Tricks for the Best Pasta Chips
-
Cook “al dente”: Boil the pasta just until firm, not too soft. It continues cooking in the air fryer.
-
Same size pasta: Use pasta that’s all similar in size for even cooking. Avoid broken pieces.
-
Try different shapes: You can use penne, farfalle (bowtie), rotini, or even cut lasagna sheets into triangles.
-
Flavor boost: Add extra herbs or spices if you want to try new flavors!
If Pasta Chips Are Too Hard
Sometimes they get too crunchy. Watch them closely while cooking.
-
Not enough time = chewy chips
-
Too much time = super hard chips
Find your perfect timing for the crunch you like best!
