Air Fryer, pork belly strips

This easy Air Fryer Pork Belly recipe is the perfect combination of sweet and salty in every single bite.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 lb pork belly cut into ½ inch slices 4-5 inches long
  • 2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup optional
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Spray air fryer basket with non-stick spray. Place pork belly in the basket. Make sure there is room between the pieces for air to circulate.
  2. Cook for 25-30 min on 400 until it is your desired level of crispiness. Thicker pieces take longer. It is helpful to rotate and flip pieces over halfway through.
