No-Bake High Protein Cheesecake Jars
These no-bake cheesecake jars are a sweet and creamy dessert packed with protein—30 grams per serving! Made with cottage cheese and Greek yogurt, they’re easy to make and don’t need any baking. You only need 5 ingredients to whip these up.
They taste a lot like classic cheesecake, but take a lot less time and effort. You can also add your favorite berries or fruit to change up the flavor.
Ingredients

2 cups cottage cheese (2% milk fat)

4 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey – real maple syrup, not pancake syrup)

3 cups plain Greek yogurt (full fat preferred)

2 cups crushed graham crackers

1 cup berries (I used strawberries, but you can use any kind)

Food processor

Mixing bowl

Silicone spatula

Mason jars or small containers for serving
Instructions

Blend Cottage Cheese
Add the cottage cheese to a food processor. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth and creamy. -
Add Sweetener
Add the maple syrup to the blended cottage cheese and blend again. -
Mix With Greek Yogurt
Pour the whipped cottage cheese into a bowl. Add Greek yogurt and gently mix using a silicone spatula. -
Layer the Jars
In each jar, layer in this order:-
Crushed graham crackers

Cheesecake mixture
-
More graham crackers
-
Berries
-
Another layer of cheesecake mixture
Garnish with extra berries on top if you like!

Serve or Store
Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge with the lids on. Makes about 4 jars.
Tips & Tricks

This recipe makes 4 jars, but you can use smaller jars to make more servings if you want.

Feel free to change how much graham cracker you use—more or less depending on your taste.

Blend cottage cheese first on its own. If you blend it with the Greek yogurt, it won’t be as smooth.

Make ahead: You can store these cheesecake jars in the fridge for up to 3 days with lids on.

Freezing: Not recommended for freezing. It may affect the texture.
