Lemon Butter Baked Shrimp

This Lemon Butter Baked Shrimp recipe features fresh jumbo shrimp cooked to perfection in lemon garlic butter sauce. Even though it’s cooked in the oven, it’s ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb Shrimp, I used jumbo (16-20 or 13-15 per lb), tail-on, deveined and peeled
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning, or use another seafood seasoning
  • 1/2 lem0n garlic butter sauce. .

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Add the shrimp to a bowl with the seasoning. Toss to distribute evenly.
  • Add the shrimp to a broiler safe dish.
  • Pour the lemon garlic butter sauce over the shrimp.
  • Bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
  • Turn the broiler on low, then broil for 2-3 minutes to give the shrimp color and allow it to turn opaque.
